Update to Policy for Community Center Rentals

Effective January 1, 2024, the rental fees for the Kinder Community Center will be updated as follows:

  • Single Event Rentals: $600 per event, with a $100 deposit.
  • Group Event Rentals (e.g., Prom, Homecoming, Graduation Parties, etc.): $700 per event, with a $200 deposit.

These rates apply to each event individually. Please note that the cost for any rentals booked prior to this notice will remain unchanged.
