New Service Request

Welcome to the Town of Kinder Community!

We are pleased to have you as a part of our community. To apply for utility service, please contact our office by phone or print out the Utility Application.

Application Submission:

All applications must be submitted in person at our office. Please bring a valid photo ID and the required deposit at the time of submission. Services will not be connected until these requirements are met.

Connect/Disconnect Work Order Policy (Effective Date: February 11, 2025)

Work Order Request Processing:

  • Monday – Thursday:

    • Requests submitted before 11:00 a.m. will be processed and completed between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on the same business day.
    • Requests submitted after 11:00 a.m. will be processed and completed between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on the next business day.
  • Friday:

    • Since the office closes at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Fridays, requests received before 11:00 a.m. will be processed and completed by 12:00 p.m. the same day.
    • Requests received after 11:00 a.m. on Fridays will be processed and completed on the next business day.
  • Emergency Situations:

    • In the event of an emergency, urgent requests may take precedence, and previously scheduled work orders may be postponed.
