Public Works Maintenance Worker Needed 

The Town of Kinder is seeking a candidate for a full-time maintenance position for the Public Works Department.  This position will perform semi-skilled and skilled work and operate light to medium equipment involved in the repair and maintenance of town streets, utility systems, and other maintenance tasks.

REQUIRED: 

  • Current Driver’s License 
  • High School Diploma or GED.

DESIRED:

  • Level 1 or higher water certification
  • Level 1 or higher wastewater certification
  • Gas Operator Qualified
  • Additional street and/or utility maintenance experience including heavy equipment operation experience.

*Full benefits are available after a brief probationary period.

*Compensation will be based on prior experience/certifications.
